April Airs – ‘All in the April evening, April airs were abroad;
I saw the sheep with their lambs, And thought on the Lamb of God’.

May our thoughts and thanks be much for the Lamb of God, as we worship this Eastertime.

Pray for Calix as he ministers at our 10am Good Friday service, and Easter Day worship services.

A reminder – it’s the Tea @4 Easter special on Sunday 3rd. Pray that families will come in. As well
as the Easter Good news message, it’s thought that some hunting of eggs might be required!

An important note about Matt Steel:
Matt Steel and some colleagues are going to walk from their office in central London to their HQ in Loughborough – a distance of 120 miles. They are doing this between 9th and the 13th May. They are raising money for Bipolar UK. If you would like to find out more and sponsor them, please visit https://accesstoaccesschallenge.wordpress.com or talk to Matt.

Paraclesis quote and Tip for April
‘When you are tempted to get discouraged, remind yourself that, according to God’s word, your future is getting brighter; you are on your way to a new level of glory. You may think you’ve got a long way to go, but you need to look back at how far you’ve already come.’- Joel Osteen

Tip
As well as recognising that you personally send out non-verbal messages and altering them as necessary for the people you are trying to come along side, remember that they too send out non-verbal cues.
Consider what messages other people send out, which may help you understand what they are going through and whether they need your support?
