Advent adventures – Pray for the clear proclamation of the Light of the Gospel of God’s grace

This month our services and other happenings will have an Advent/Christmassy feel – in particular those indicated in red in the Dates section on the back. May we pray for those leading our services of worship – our pastor Calix, Rich & Steve. (note: no evening service on the 25th).

For families, we have our Christingle service at 4pm on the 4th. Pray for that to be a Christmas Gospel illustration.

And don’t forget our family Christmas morning 45 min service of thanksgiving on Christmas morning at 10am.

Important notice: Our Carols by Candlelight service will be at 5.30pm on the 19th. Please consider volunteering for delivering invitation cards in the roads around Rehoboth. And what a wonderful opportunity to invite friends, family, and others to join us at the Carol Service.

And, of course, at 6.30pm on Friday 16th , do join us for Carols in New Street Garden. After a two year break, it’s good to once again hold this open air opportunity to sing carols with the local community and to share the Gospel.

Let’s make this Advent and adventure with the Lord to bring his light into the darkness of Horsham!
