Praise God

for events over the Christmas period. Numbers attending the Carols in the New St Gardenwere surely the most we’ve had over the 9 years we’ve been arranging this event. It was good to see and hear so many children there with their parents. The Lord blessed us with a fine, not too cold evening and itwas a joy to be singing his praises in the carols and with Stuart bringing a short Christmas message.

Our thanks are due to Stuart and all those who helped prepare and run the evening. The mulled wine and mince pies were excellent!

Then there was the encouraging attendance at our Church Carol Service with a number of new friends joining us for it. Christmas morning saw a good number of visitors
So we give thanks and pray the Lord will do further great things in our midst as we start a new year.
