Bethan Borrett wrote as she left on her World Race journey on Friday 2nd:

I leave England today to fly to Chiang Mai in Thailand where I will meet up with the rest of my squad mates. We will have about ten days of training camp before we split off into teams and go into our first ministry. Whilst I am away I will try and
keep everyone updated as much as I can.

I was blessed with the opportunity to return to Ghana in December. Ghana holds a big part of my heart and it was so good to see how much has been done to the child care centre since I was last there in 2012. I was also able meet up lots of people and see how
they are doing.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported me financially. From money that has
been donated and pledged I am 75% funded! I feel incredibly blessed to know I am beginning my race
with most of the money needed in my account. I never wanted to be fully funded by launch because I
wanted to learn to rely more on God’s provision and I believe that as I travel and minister he will provide
the way.
