As Christmas comes around again, we give thanks for our Pastor’s ministry and friendship over another year. Pray for Calix as he ministers at our Advent and Christmas services, and for the Lord’s blessing on Bea and the family too.
Remember to pray for Christmas evangelistic opportunities – Tea @ 4 Christingle Service on Sun 10th; Fri 15th Carols at 11am in Page Court & in New Street Garden at 6.30pm (help needed for this, please speak to Stuart); Carols by Candlelight on Sun 17th at 5.30pm;
Little Verse Nativity on Mon 18th. Invitation card deliveries for the Garden & Candlelight Carols taking place around Sat 9th, and some doors knocked in the area around the church. May God’s Spirit touch and prompt hearts to respond, and may he be glorified.
Please pray for John as he has surgery on the 12th that the Lord would grant him and Valerie his peace and bring about a successful outcome. (See also foot of p4 prayer item)
Give thanks that May is home after tests. Pray for strength and full recovery for her.

God-willing, Calix be starting a series of Baptismal Classes from mid-January. These would be run once a week, over the course of several weeks, for anybody who is interested in baptism, at whatever level that interest may be. Watch out for more details soon.
