JULY – a time for Revelation, Refreshment, Results and Rejoicing

Pray for Beth who at the time of writing is in the Cardiac ward at East Surrey Hospital. Latest report via her daughter is that along with pneumonia and breathing difficulties, she is in need of fairly urgent heart surgery. This would need to be done intravenously at Harefield Hospital, as open heart
surgery is not feasible for her. Please keep praying for Beth as she has to decide what to have done.
Remember Ron , who still awaits an appointment for surgery on his arm.
Give thanks for a blessed time at the Thanksgiving service for the life of Pete Bradstock on Saturday 2nd. A dear brother, husband, father and grandfather remembered with joy by a good gathering of family and friends. We miss dear Pete, but gave thanks to God for his life.
Church BBQ Pray for a blessed time at the Church BBQ on Sunday 3rd. May it be a an opportunity for fellowship together in the middle of the Lord’s day.
Last month saw a special Birthday for Margaret A (a decade from the century!); this month a special one (20 years younger!) for Stuart Beadle on 21st. Pray the Lord will give them both the needed vigour, in accordance with Deuteronomy 33:25 as your days so shall your strength be (even if the bolts of their gates aren’t iron and bronze!)
Men’s Walk - all men invited to join on a moderate length walk on Monday 25th at 7.30pm. Assembly venue to be advised, but do try to make it a date for fellowshipful exercise.
