A Letter from Lancing—Elliot Smith writes:
Hi all!
As some of you may know, I recently got married to my lovely wife Megan and we are now living in the sunny seaside village of Lancing. Since moving here we have been attending a church in Worthing called Redeemer.
We have found we fit into the church family really well here and have made some great friends!
We’ve also been getting very involved in different teams serving the church. Megan and I are involved in leading the youth groups and have helped set up a Young Adults group. I am also leading the PA team too.
As I am sure many of you experience, the community of people is something that as believers we can draw on to challenge and grow our faith. Just as I experienced this at Rehoboth, we are enjoying this fellowship at Redeemer. So, I would like to thank you all for your friendship and presence in my life whilst I have been at Rehoboth. Some of you have known me since I was a baby and have seen me grow up, come to faith and get baptised, maturing as a believ-er. And as I continue my journey with Christ, with my wife, we are so excited for what God is going to do next, whether it be in church, careers or life.
I am so thankful for all the many happy years I got to enjoy with you all at Rehoboth. And if you are ever in Lancing or Worthing do pop along and see us.
Elliot
