After our monthly gazing at each other on Zoom as we discuss the studies we’ve just watched on the Ligonier videos, some of us took the opportunity to see each other across the table (in the flesh, so to speak) at the Hen & Chicken restaurant in Southwater last month.
While the regular video expositions, courtesy of R C Sproul, have provided good food for the soul, tonight we had a variety of topics to chew over, though none more appetising than the Indian/English food on our plates. What with Stuart and Calix tackling 10inch wide King prawn Dosai and Masala Dosai respectively, others went for per-haps less spicy fodder, but all left at the end with a warm sense of repletion!We were one short on the number expected—hence a vacant seat at the further end of the table. But can we send a cordial invitation to any, or all men in the Fellowship to join us on Zoom at our December Men Of The Word at 8pm on Dec 14th. These are always interesting times, not heavy—you don’t have to have a certain level of Bible knowledge to join us.
